At a special tasting for restaurateurs, vendors and media in Sacramento, we introduced our new line of premium Capay Valley grown food products under the Séka Hills brand. Séka Hills means blue hills in our Patwin language.
Guests tasted the Tribe’s extra virgin olive oil and three of four wine varietals to be released this year: Rosé, Viognier and Red Blend. The estate grown oil and wines were paired with an array of products from the Capay Valley for this event.
Séka Hills will soon add new products to its line, including fresh organic fruits and vegetables. And the new state-of-the-art Séka Hills Olive Mill in the Capay Valley will be up and running in time for this fall’s olive harvest.
