Every year Team Autism walks to raise funding to support vital research and top quality programs for those who struggle with autism. Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation proudly matches, dollar for dollar, all monies raised by Team Autism Tewe. In 2014, with the Tribe’s matching contribution, Team Autism Tewe donated $50,000 to Autism Speaks. Since its inception, Autism Speaks has committed more than $500 million to funding research into the causes, prevention, treatments and a cure for autism. Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation and Team Austim Tewe are honored to work with Autism Speaks in the fight against autism.
