Accounting Specialist (Brooks, CA)
The Accounting Specialist will perform a variety of technical, administrative, and business services to support the daily programs and events for the Land Management Department which includes the Farm, Ranch, Olive Mill, Tasting Rooms, and the Séka Hills Brand. Core accounting functions will include processing and managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and contract formation and compliance to ensure accurate and timely financial operations. This individual will work closely to ensure that timelines are followed, meetings are coordinated and the logistics of the day-to-day operations of the Land Management Department run smoothly. This position requires the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced office environment and is expected to handle highly sensitive, confidential, and political information. The Accounting Specialist must be a self-starter, have a high level of concentration, and stay on task through completion.
