Demi Chef (Brooks, CA)
The Demi Chef reports to the Executive Chef and is responsible for aligning individual dietary plans with creative menu creations and production of quality meals. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, management of food preparation and cooking duties, logistics operations, managing an efficient kitchen, conducting inventory of food and kitchen supplies, ordering, processing, stocking, and sanitation. The Demi Chef must have the ability to creatively solve problems in a fluid environment. The right candidate will share our passion for food as well as educating our community.
